• ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS:

  Upon arriving at the Salt Lake City International Airport, go directly to baggage claim. Please call us at (801) 231-9111 once you retrieve ALL your luggage. Since we do not have a booth at the airport, the airport requires our drivers to wait in a staging lot just outside the airport and once we receive the call, we send the driver in. The driver will pick up at Sliding Glass Door 6 for JetBlue, Southwest, US Airways, American, Frontier and United and at Sliding Glass Door 10 for Delta, right outside baggage claim on the orange curb.

• MISSED ORIGINATION/CONNECTING FLIGHTS:

• DEPARTURE INSTRUCTIONS:
  Pick up times from most locations are 2.5 hours prior to your scheduled flight departure.  Be sure to note your pick up time during the reservation process.  Please have your luggage curbside prior to your scheduled pick up time.
